TIB 3.0

May 11, 2025

On the 12th anniversary of my debut as an amateur porn star, the time has come to explain all the changes that I’ve eluded to several times, and that many of you have observed this year.

In Q4 of last year I made the decision to take my amateur porn career to the next level. My best friend convinced me that this is a businessβ€”and of course, he’s right. At the time I had a volunteer videographer, three paid contractors (a video editor, a copy editor, and a social media manager), and a host of production and operating expenses. The realization that this is a business completely changed how I thought about it.

The first question became: What do I want to accomplish? The answer is two-fold:

  1. I want to train more boys. There are fans and creators alike worldwide that I would love to collaborate with, but despite my TIB 2.0 ambitions, I still don’t have the budget to travel internationally to produce content.
  2. I deserve some compensation for all my hard work. And I don’t mean the hard work of fucking hungry boy-throat. I’m talking about the thousands of hours I have invested in this in the last 12 years. Fans don’t realize how much work it takes to produce content at the scale that I do. And I have never paid myself a single penny.

How do I realize those goals? I started writing software to automate my social media posts and reduce my marketing spend. I collected and analyzed data on my content creation rate, my subscribers, my pricing, and the effectiveness of my social media posts. I talked to other creators to get their thoughts. I hired a lawyer. Founded an LLC. I reached out to every co-performer I ever created content with. I migrated my detailed financial records into QBO and consulted with a bookkeeper. I streamlined my model release process. And all of that hard work is finally coming together.

I’ve started fucking boys on camera and publishing it πŸ†πŸ’¦πŸ‘

Fans have been begging to see me fuck for as long as I’ve been publishing. My first fuck video starring Boy20 (JustFor.Fans, OnlyFans) was a huge success. I have already fucked five more boys ten times (but, you’ve only seen 3 and 5 respectively)…

I’m producing content at a rate unlike ever before πŸ“ˆπŸš€πŸ€―

My record year for content production was 2022: 21 videos. In just the first four months of this year I have already produced 17! πŸ’¦πŸ’¦πŸ’¦ You haven’t noticed that yet, ’cause I’m rationing them. For years I’ve had an unpredictable release schedule. One of my commitments to you is that that’s changing. Check out my release schedule! πŸ“…

My full-length content is no longer free πŸ†“

This is an experiment. Are my early works still valuable? What price, if any, are fans willing to pay to own them? I still post a ridiculous amount of free content on Bluesky and X. Follow me there! I never beg for reposts (like most creators on those platforms) but the truth is, if you repost my posts, it will help grow my reach, which in turn will grow my subscribers, and I’ll be able to lower prices.

Some early content is no longer available 🚫

This was necessary for a variety of reasons I cannot comment on.

The paid subscription price increased from $4.99 to $9.99 πŸ’΅

Thank you for your support! There was minimal churn when I effected this change. Would you pay $14.99/month if the fuck content were included too and there were 4 new releases per month?

The number of videos available to paid subscribers has been reduced πŸ“‰

Until very recently, paid subscribers had access to my entire catalog. What I’ve learned is that this enables a new lead to subscribe for one month, consume my entire catalog, and then churn. When they do that, they pay an effective rate of 15Β’ per video! That’s not fair to me. And it’s not fair to my loyal subscribers, some of whom have supported me for 4+ years. So I’m changing how to watch.

This is only the beginning…

I have so much more in store for my fans. The JustFor.Fans and OnlyFans platforms don’t offer me the flexibility I need to offer all the great ideas I have in mind. So, I’ll be investing more into the software side of things this year. I’ve already hired a web designer to improve the user experience of throat-it-boy.com. And today I’m launching incremental improvements. It’s crude, but you can now view content by price or price per minute.

Please give me feedback on these changes. None of this is set in stone. I’m always evolving. When I close out 2025 with ~50 new videos, I hope you’ll look back on it with me and say: that was the best year of TIB yet! πŸ†πŸ’¦πŸ€€
